Print on Demand

Here at Christine Anne Design we utilise the print on demand services for all our products. This means that each product is custom printed for each individual order once payment has been made.

Shipping

We offer free shipping with all our products but please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping once your order is placed. If you order multiple items for example an art print and fabric please be aware that your order will arrive in seperate parcels.

Returns/Exchanges

The happiness of our all our customers is important to us. As each order is custom made, this means that we cannot re-stock or re-sell any products that are returned to us. So please choose carefully prior to placing an order as we do not offer exchanges.

If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it. If this does occur please contact us through the Let’s Connect page on our website and we are more than willing to help resolve any concerns.

What paper is used for your fine art print?

Our quality fine art prints are printed on Canson Rag Photographique 310gsm quality paper. The paper is 100% cotton, with bright white tones and an exceptionally smooth matte finish that creates a delicate finish, highlighting the finer details of the artwork.
